Strange House by The Horrors

Strange House is a Rock album by The Horrors, originally released in 2007. On Gatefold: 16 pressings tracked, owned by 4 collectors.

About

Few of the 2000s' many (many) indie debuts pack the arresting gothic wallop of The Horrors’ first record. But while, say, the menacing ghost train organs clouding “Little Victories” show a theatrical flair, they bely the fact this quintet of British vinyl obsessives seriously know their stuff. From the wobbling ‘60s fuzz of “Count in Fives” and the twisted doo-wop of “She Is the New Thing” to stage-wrecking blitzkrieg “Sheena Is a Parasite”, Strange House brims with visceral invention and a palpable, intoxicating danger.
