The album was originally issued in August 1988, in Europe, Japan and a few select countries.
The album was reissued in Europe in 1989, when the album was also issued in North America for the first time. On the 1989 issue, the track "Words into Action" is replaced by the then new single "Where Is the Love" (Canadian issue includes both). Some, maybe all, 1989 issues also replace the original version of "Breathe Life Into Me" with the single version (although the original but incorrect duration 4:58 remains on some issues).
The US, Canadian and 1989 issues from Australia use an alternate cover art. On the front, Mica wears a white top (under jeans jacket), whereas on the original issue she's wearing a black/brown top.
The 2011 Deluxe edition restores the 1988 track list and cover art. "Where Is the Love" is included in the bonus tracks.
