Issued in a top opening picture sleeve of card with a deep die cut thumb section.
Chiswick "Tone-arm" paper labels with a four prong push-out centre. Gripper rings are moulded at the circumference of the labels.
Some copies included a promotional 'SMASH IT UP' sticker (see images).
In runouts: all data is machine-stamped except for "NOW BUY THE ALBUM!" and "DAYLIGHT ROBBE
