Ronald Dregan: Dreganomics by Mac Dre

Ronald Dregan: Dreganomics is a Hip-Hop album by Mac Dre, originally released in 2004. On Gatefold: 6 pressings tracked.

About

On his ninth studio effort, Mac Dre lightens the mood a bit, trying on different shades of hip-hop to produce a wide-ranging and danceable album. Dreganomics opens with “Feelin’ Myself,” one of Dre’s catchiest songs, peppered with synth bursts behind an infectious hook. “That’s Wusup” is just as grooving, as jittery percussion collides with heavy organ sounds. Though the album is mostly a party, Dre takes a few detours, including “On The Run,” a hardcore, guitar-driven ode to survival at all costs.
