About
The Brooklyn duo return to the playing field bloodied and ready to fight with a sophomore album that doubles both the noise and the pop. "True Shred Guitar" is a squealing rallying cry set to Alexis Krauss' fierce sweet talk, while Derek Miller's scorching, metal-minded power chords still lead the charge through the bleacher-stomping beats of "Crush" and "Demons." But this time around, Krauss injects it all with melancholy and melody, especially on breathy ballads "End of the Line" and "You Lost Me."
