Original LP and CD versions feature the "Bowie mix."
Some copies on Embassy UK feature a different mix on some songs.
In 1996, the album was remixed under the supervision of Iggy Pop and released on CD under the Legacy series. Known as the "Iggy mix," the CD remaster features a "brickwall" style of mastering with very little dynamic range.
The original Bowie mix featured on the 2010 2xCD issue.
Both mixes were released on vinyl, with full dynamic range for Record Store Day in 2012 (Raw Power (US 2012) (opens in a new tab)) and have been reissued since.
Various rough mixes of these recordings were released on Rough Power.
