About
Lowe plays old Saint Nick on this festive album, turning up with a sack full of surprises. Think you’ve heard every different take on “Silent Night”? You haven’t until you spin his ska-tinged knees-up. Lowe casts his net wide, adding his croon to wistful songs by Ron Sexsmith and Roger Miller, while recasting Wizzard’s glam stomper “I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day” as a lean ’50s rockabilly tune.
