- "RVG"-stamp in deadwax. Ear (plastylite) mark on both sides.
- Both label shows "47 West 63rd. NYC". (R) under the E of NOTE. Deep groove on both labels.
- The front cover is laminated and the back cover show address on bottom part "43 West 61st St., New York 23"
