George Gershwin credited as main (and only) artist on spine. "Produced by Cyril Ornadel for F.C.M. Productions" on labels.
Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of sleeve (LM 7025) - the mono version has "7025" on label, while the stereo has "S-7025". The stereo was issued with a large "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. Orchestra uncredited, but identified on the UK version.
