Album notes

Discogs page for these notes (opens in a new tab)

Notes from the original pressing. Later editions may differ.

Recorded and Mixed at Echo Park, Studio B, Bloomington, Indiana, between February and April, 2003.
Additional recording at The Grey Ghost.
"Idea #21" is not mentioned in the packaging, but it is titled in disc two's CD-Text. The silence is part of the track's pregap, so that skipping to track eleven actually begins at the music on most CD players.
