Originally released in 1969, Mendocino was The Sir Douglas Quintet's third album. Other than the title track, it contains one their most famous songs, "She's About a Mover," another version of which was released in 1966, on their first album, The Best of the Sir Douglas Quintet. 1. Texas Me (Alternative Mix) In 2008, Neon Records released a compilation of the same name, but with a mostly different track lineup, and several live tracks.
