Much like David Bowie's "Heroes", the song title "Meet El Presidente" actually incorporates quotation marks to denote either irony or actual speech. Additionally, El Presidente, being a non-English phrase, is italicized when properly typeset in English.
On Discogs, we don't have the option of entering italics, but the quotation marks can be entered with standard typewriter quotes (") or guillemets (« and ») as needed.
