KLF 006T was initially scheduled for release 14 November 1988. It was then scheduled for the week of 20 February 1989 (according to Music Week). No official release ever actually materialized, though, and Jimmy Cauty has said the tracks were in fact never recorded—perhaps actually meaning never properly finished. Nevertheless, sleeves were printed, and at some later date, a record was manufactured to put in them. However, all of the releases are considered to be bootlegs, and just contain demos or unofficial mixes.
