Living Thing by Peter Bjorn And John

Living Thing is an Alt/Indie album by Peter Bjorn And John, originally released in 2009. On Gatefold: 11 pressings tracked, owned by 3 collectors.

About

Peter Bjorn and John trade whistling for pure, punchy rhythm on their 2009 album, Living Thing. The beats keep it sharp and spry, whether they're built on throbbing electronics ("The Feeling"), Graceland-style grooves (the title track), or simple fingersnaps ("Stay This Way"). The trio have always laced their catchy pop with plenty of cynicism, but it's even more pronounced on the dark, moaning "I'm Losing My Mind" and the synth-pop-studded "It Don't Move Me."
