About
Let The Movie Begin is a UK-only collection of studio and live recordings by Joy Division released in 2007. The live songs featured in the album were recorded in Joy Division gigs in various European locations like Belgium and the Netherland. The disc also includes audio interviews with all Joy Division member, but since they were mostly recorded in bars and pubs and the recording equipment used was poor, it's hard to make out what they are saying. The CD also includes some spoken word commentary by Martin Hannett, the band's producer. The CD comes with an 8-page fold out booklet which contains Joy Division pictures and a detailed biographical article. Tracklisting CD (Interstate 10795) and double LP (Ozit): 01.
