Originally recorded in 1957 but not released until 1962. Side A is by Kessel, Leroy Vinnegar (Bass) and Skelly Manne (Drums) with Victor Feldman (Vibes) and Hampton Haws (Piano). Side B is by Kessel, Vinnegar and Manne with Ben Webster (Tenor Sax), Frank Rosoloino (Trombone) and Jimmy Rowles (Piano).
Side A, "Let's Cook", "Time Remembered" and "Just In Time", were recorded November 11, 1957, Side B, "Tiger Rag" and "Jersey Bounce", were recorded August 6, 1957 at Contemporary Records in Los Angeles.
