Material from this concert was issued widely in the UK and E.U. as "Last Order", as "Gruftgesaenge" [with additional material] in Germany and as "Amsterdam" in the U.S. Later titles include "Paradiso", "Live In Amsterdam 1980", "Amsterdam 1980", etc.
