Laid Back is the debut studio solo album by American singer-songwriter Gregg Allman. Released in October 1973 by Capricorn Records. Recorded in March 1973 at Capricorn Sound Studios in Macon, Georgia, with additional recording taking place at the Record Plant in New York City. It peaked at number 13 on Billboard.

This release is the original issue with cream color labels with a light marbling effect, with "Capricorn Records" written in dark brown letters on the top of the label. Later issue features a more brownish label with a background filigree of the drawing of a Capricorn goat.
