Many famous metal and rock musicians are credited in the booklet as Fleshgod Apocalypse All Stars Orchestra as if contributing different orchestral instruments and choir vocals; as it was said in an interview, it was the band's way to say thank you to a lot of people that influenced them in many ways. Those artists did not play on the release.
