Notes from the original pressing. Later editions may differ.
Mad hatter labels. Initial copies come with thick paper inner bag, with the lyrics on one side & credits etc. on the other.
Recorded and mixed at Rockfield Studios, Monmouthshire between 9th and 29th June 1975.
Cut at The Master Room.
The UK Lacquer Cut situation for this album is somewhat confusing:
• The information from the inner sleeve was also transferred, in addition to the runouts information, but does not correspond to the truth, as can be read on the next VDGG album Still Life (UK 1976) (opens in a new tab) [see last image]: "Arun also did the final cut of 'Godbluff' - time prevented due credit appearing among its notes."
There is a very similar release with 'Arun' Lacquer Cut signed on side B runout only Godbluff (UK 1975) (opens in a new tab).
The runouts are stamped; 'ARUN' is etched.
