Limited number stamped on back sleeve in silver ink. Plain black labels stamped "A/45" on the A-side.
A very small number of sleeves (reportedly the first 36) were silkscreened (see Few (US 1991) (opens in a new tab)).
The main edition [this] has offset-printed sleeves with red ink on various shades of green cardstock, including pale green, textured olive-green, and dull dark green. See Images.
