Notes from the original pressing. Later editions may differ.
This CD is housed in a jewel case with a clear plastic tray and an 8-page booklet.

There is however label, artist, title and cat# text on the opposite tray artwork spine. The booklet and tray artwork is printed on what appears to be an uncoated recycled card stock.
