Issued in single sleeve jacket (No bar code).
In an attempt to bypass the legal requirement, the band individually credited the performers on the front cover and censored the artwork.
In spite of this, however, the logo is uncensored on the labels (however some copies allegedly had it manually censored with black marker) and the word "BLACK" in the title on the cover is written in the font usually used for the band's wordmark. Future (uncensored) pressings would use the same font as the other two words in the title.
