No release date on labels, 1962 only mentioned on the front laminated flip-back sleeve.
In the run out is stamped MZT, I would think this was in reference to the ZT Tax code which was applicable in the UK from April to November 1962. The 1 and G/A in the runout will be the mother and stamper.
