Title on front cover reads as "Symphonion Dream". Labels, inner sleeve and spine show simply "Dream".
(The band's official website has apparently referred to it in both ways at different times).
Track numbering is unusual - first track titled 'A' followed by tracks 1 to 9 on Side A and tracks 10 to 15 and ending track titled 'B' on Side B.
Album is programmed with minimal to no well defined breaks between tracks, so a DJ version with 8 of the songs on easier to play tracks was released as A Programmer's Guide To Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Dream (US 1975) (opens in a new tab).
Some track timings span multiple tracks: [A, 1]; [3, 4]; [14, 15, B], while tracks 7 to 9 list no timings.
LP has top loading outer sleeve with flap, with custom inner sleeve featuring credits and re-print of San Francisco Examiner article on one side and print of Jean-François Millet's 'L'Angelus' on the other.
