Album notes

First released in 1998 as a compilation of tracks from the first two albums Rift.Canyon.Dreams (Germany 1998) (opens in a new tab) (the track "Communion" was omitted) and Towers... on Bad Acid Records and later on Southern Lord, both on CD, as well as on Mystic Production on cassette.
Re-issued with the additional track "Communion" and the track from the split Caprichos 1-80 / Rift Canyon Dreams (US 2004) (opens in a new tab) on Southern Lord in 2008. The first 2000 copies mailordered from them directly were numbered and contained a dropcard for additional demo and live material.
The japanese version on Daymare Recordings contained these additional materials on a third CD and added a track from the A Split Full Length Recording From Goatsnake And Burning Witch Split.
2011 Southern Lord released the 4x LP set (omitting the demo tracks, but adding a whole 1996 live show) and DVD with two live show (the audio of one of which was contained on the dropcard).
