About
MAC MILLER’s official debut is a snapshot of a kid from humble Pittsburgh origins feeling his way into rap stardom and enjoying every minute of it. Blue Slide Park splits the difference between backpacker boom bap and playful house-party fodder: “Party On Fifth Ave.” flips an iconic 45 King saxophone break into the soundtrack to a penthouse rager; "Up All Night" is a pop-punk ode to keggers. But MILLER isn't immune to nostalgia; on the dreamy “English Lane,” he fantasizes about the familiar landmarks of his childhood.
