About
Blue Sky Noise is the third album by Circa Survive. It was released on April 20, 2010, by Atlantic Records. Studio recording was completed at the end of October 2009 and mixing was completed on February 1, 2010 by Rich Costey. Mastering was by Howie Weinberg. The album was ranked at No. 9 on Myspace.com's Top 50 albums of 2010. As with Circa Survive's previous two albums, the album artwork was created by Esao Andrews. There are four other songs not included in the track list that Circa Survive has stated would be released separately from the album. On February 16, 2010, the band announced that its new album would be titled Blue Sky Noise, and would be released on April 20, 2010. The album was available for pre-order, and those who did so received a digital copy of the full deluxe version one week before the album's release, along with Get Out immediately on order. Circa Survive started filming a music video for Get Out on February 24 in New York City. On March 30, Circa Survive released Imaginary Enemy on their website.
