About

On his debut album, Australia's Troye Sivan sings with a maturity far beyond his 20 years. These aren’t just lush pop tunes kissed with breathy vocals; they’re introspective, openhearted stories rendered in buoyant tones and complex electronic production. “Wild” is beautifully cinematic, with lines like, "Never knew loving could hurt this good” underpinned by a hip-hop-imbued beat and a kids’ choir chiming in on the chorus. On the other hand, “Fools,” while just as warm on the electro-R&B vibes, keenly explores when those blooming relationships don’t go to plan.
