Blue Moods is the second studio album by Miles Davi. It was released on Charles Mingus' Debut Records label in late 1955 (DEB 120). A just four piece record brings Miles Davis on trumpet together with Charles Mingus on ba, trombonist Britt Woodman, vibraphonist Teddy Charle, and drummer Elvin Jone. Considering the volatile temperaments of the two protagonists (Mingus & Miles), the music is surprisingly calm. .
