About
Drawing on legends like Buzzcocks and Fugazi, Canadian quartet Billy Talent (named after the guitarist in Bruce McDonald's cult punk movie Hard Core Logo) yell out dueling vocals over crunchy guitar riffs and muscular, consistently catchy basslines. Check out the screamer "This Is How It Goes" or the hyperkinetic "Living in the Shadows"—their fist-in-the-air spirit will spike your energy to dangerous levels. Just be prepared: You'll be humming and air-drumming these infectious tunes for the rest of the week.
