Two-sided 11.75" x 11.75" lyric insert printed on brown paper included.
Some releases also included a 7" 33 1/3 RPM single-sided "Bonus Record" that comprises a 6:20 minute "interview". This 7" is similar to the "promo" release Belly Up (US 1973) (opens in a new tab), except this release is on an all black and white labels with "Bonus Record" added.
Runouts are stamped, except for parts "A SX", "2 SX" and the single "B", which are etched.
