Album notes

Discogs page for these notes (opens in a new tab)

Reissue of the band's album The Seduction Of Claude Debussy, alongside the unreleased album Balance - Music of the Eye. Balance, a pro forma version of The Seduction..., was recorded under the artist name The Image of a Group by Trevor Horn, Paul Morley and Lol Creme, as they did not have permission from Anne Dudley or J.J. Jeczalik to use the name Art of Noise. (Dudley would join the group later on, paving the way for The Seduction...'s release.) The Seduction..., found here on Disc 2, is a "producer's cut" version, combining "Dreaming..." and "Continued in Colour", and moving "Out of This World" earlier in the album's sequence. Four bonus remixes by Brothers In Rhythm follow.
