"Act III" is the third studio album by the thrash metal band Death Angel, released in 1990 through Geffen Record. It was the band's only release on Geffen and the final studio album to feature guitarist Gus Pepa. The album was also the band's last studio release before a hiatus that lasted from 1991 to 2001. The album was co-produced by Max Norman and Tom Zutaut. Compared to Death Angel's earlier release, "Act III" featured a darker musical direction while continuing to incorporate thrash metal element. The album also included influences from alternative metal, funk, folk, progressive rock, heavy metal, hard rock, and punk rock. "Act III" achieved chart success in several European countrie, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, and the Netherland. Although the album did not achieve major commercial success in the United State, the music videos for the singles "Seemingly Endless Time" and "A Room with a View" received regular airplay on MTV's "Headbangers Ball". In 2020, Death Angel released an acoustic version of "A Room with a View" on the EP "Under Pressure". .
