The production opened on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre on December 13, 2009. The production had previously premiered at the Menier Chocolate Factory in London on November 22, 2008; transferred to the Garrick Theatre on March 28, 2009.
Packaged in slipcase with 100 page booklet, and slim 2-CD case. Booklet contains full credits, photos, libretto.
