- live recordings, mostly (11 tracks) from concert at the Universal Amphitheater, Los Angeles, 1985-08-22 (first released in 1986 on His Greatest Hits (US 1986) (opens in a new tab)), and also from concert in Las Vegas, 1965-06-13 ("So Long" and "When The Saints Go Marching In");
- ABC-Paramount studio recordings: "Kansas City", "Heartbreak Hill", "Ballin' The Jack" (all three with added fake audience) and "Why Don't You Do Right?" (faded-in and earlier faded-out).
