Paul Hardcastle added Mike Oldfield to the songwriting credits in later releases because Oldfield sued him about the melody in 19. It sounds very similiar with a sequence in his Tubular Bells Part 1 (starts at the duration 19:50) and supposed that Hardcastle copied it.
All samples are taken from the ABC television documentary "Vietnam Requiem".
